As my M.Sc. thesis I have worked on prediction and experimentally validation of novel microRNAs related to cancer prognosis. Regarding this goal I have experienced broad genetics and computational skills, such as Bioinformatics (Deep-Seq Data Analysis), Gene Cloning and Tissue Culture methods.
Furthermore, in order to search and analyze for new microRNAs more efficiently I have introduced some novel and innovative methods.
