Graduate in commerce from Delhi University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”). Presently working in the capacity of managing partner of ABK & Associates chartered Accountants, where my area is to look after Audit , Direct Taxes and related compliance, representation before Tax Authorities, appeals and tax planning. Apart from this have also prepared the projected financials and Critical Monetary Analysis for organisations which help them to obtain finance from Banking Institutions. Core area of Interest-Analyzing financial-monthly/Yearly and prepare report on it.
