Amit is currently working as Human Resource Leadership Associate for Aditya Birla Group. He did his Masters in HRM&LR from TISS, Mumbai and was recipient of Institute Silver Medal.
Amit has worked on gamut of HR projects ranging from Workmen Compensation, Industry compensation trend Analysis, Employee engagement, Recruitment and Selection to LnD.
