- Driving business consisting of gross adds, net adds and revenue growth
- customer Age on network Devising retention program , Outlining Subscriber Recognition policy
- Channel satisfaction Ensuring ROI, developing internal processes for conflict resolution & channel development
- Liaise between corporate and circle for all facets of business- sales, marketing, Customer service delivery & after sales support
- Responsible for Setting up & Managing Distribution Structure.
