Ana Margarida Amaro started her musical professional life with her father, with whom she started a traditional Portuguese music group – Lufada Sul – where she began singing at the age of 13. By then she had already started her musical studies in Conservatório Regional do Baixo Alentejo, which she attended from 9 to 18 years old. She later was a teacher in that same music school.
She then followed her path trough Universidade de Évora where she obtain the Bachelor in Music, specialization in Lyric Singing.
