About
Under the guidance of Prof. Robert Mudde, I am working on developing a centrifugal separator for oil-water separation. Oil and gas companies are very interested in separating oil and water streams as close to the well-head as possible especially in off-shore applications. We aim to demonstrate the capability of this separator in an oil rig in the North Sea in 2016. This exciting project is supported through the Institute for Sustainable Process Technology and involves a number of partners including Twente University, Frames BV and Shell.
