ISTD certified with post graduate degree in industrial psychology cum organizational behaviour and masters in human resources. Worked with psychiatrist for 3 years as a psychologist and then joined New horizon India ltd as executive T & D. Moved to PVR group in 2008 as a assistant manager T& D. Promoted manager in 2010 and continued working in challenging work environment. Currently handling end to end training activities for entire group. Associated with Jetking, Indian oil, Shri Ram school & National institute of Kathak as a free lancer trainer.
