I am dynamic, results-oriented leader. I am capable of resolving complex (human resources, support department specific, operational) tasks and able to motivate staff to peak the top performance.
At work I prefer absence of micromanagement since if you can鈥檛 trust person doing the work, usually that means that you don`t need that person. I love team play 鈥� one soldier can`t win the war.
Besides the work I am quite active person - love playing any sports, love riding on the quadrocycles, tried banjee jumping, adore paintball and love playing shooters.
