After several work experiences in Sales, Marketing and CRM management both in Italy and abroad (namely in Germany and United Arab Emirates), I joined Ivoclar Vivadent in January 2011 and I have thereafter covered the function of CRM Responsible within the Marketing department of Ivoclar Vivadent Italy.
In this responsibility, I have played a pivotal role into major projects such as the implementation of SAP CRM and the expansion of direct marketing activities in my country.
