I am an HR tech entrepreneur & Talent Acquisition professional. At the moment I am responsible for international growth and launch of new services at Alliance for Recruitment - major recruitment firm in Lithuania. From HR Tech perspective I am managing HRTechTank - investment & research analytics boutique.
Additionally, I am advising Vilnius municipality on talent acquisition strategies for the city of Vilnius.
I have co-founded one of the largest global series of events for HR & recruitment professionals - #HRU. In 2015 #HRU events were organised in 42 cities, attended by >2.500 people.
