Andrew has spent 15 years learning the craft of advertising at world-class creative agencies in London, Sydney, Auckland and now Wellington. A passionate believer that more creative work is more effective work, he's built enduring client relationships through putting this theory into practice. A strong strategic thinker, Andrew understands the behaviour changing power of big ideas and is passionate about creating an agency culture capable of expressing them across multiple communication disciplines. In Oct 2012 Andrew was elected to the CAANZ Executive Board and in 2013 joined the Massey University College of Business Advisory Board.
