About
o Provide didactic and clinical mentoring in comprehensive MCHC for nurses, physicians, clinical officers and other healthcare providers within the clinical team and LPTF as appropriate
o Assist in developing curricula for PMTCT and pediatric trainings
o Lead planning for MCHC activities within the UMSOM-IHV scope of work and coordinate with other clinical leaders to make sure that MCHC activities are well integrated within the broader clinical program
o Report on implementation of MCHC activities within the program
o Gather and analyze data and use data to plan and measure performance for maternal and child HIV care and treatment
o Evaluate new strategies and systems
