I have nearly 25 years experience in the UV/EB industry, starting off with a PhD in Photochemistry.
I then moved into UV R & D where I gained experience in making monomers, epoxy acrylates, polyester acrylates and urethane acrylates from lab scale to full size production batches.
After that I moved into UV Technical Service in which I looked at a variety of applications from EB laminating adhesives, clear coatings and finally onto ink systems, especially flexo and litho.
From then on I have concentrated on the Sales / Marketing side mainly for the UK market but also for some time looking after Scandinavia.
