For a key client, we are currently looking for a:
Associate Manager, Global Risk Management EMEA
Reference Number: 69-869-AMGRM-W
Type of placement: Contract, 12months
Location: West London, UK
Our client is an integrated global biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery, development
and commercialization of novel therapies for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases. It is
currently advancing three new blockbuster programs that will help drive revenue to over eight figures
by 2017. Over the last five years, it has invested over twice the industry average into R&D.
Purpose:
 To manage risk management data and relevant documents within the central repository of
Global Risk Management
 To perform countries launch readiness tracking with regard to risk minimization programmes
(RMinP) in EMEA
 To support training material development for risk management
 To support monitoring of RMinP implementation in countries for new products in EMEA
 To support Risk Management Performance Dashboard (RMPD) aggregate analyses
Main Responsibilities:
 Support management and restructuring of Risk Management Global central repository
 Ensuring that individual countries launch readiness sheets are up-to-date, accurately
computerised and tracked
 Ensuring coordination of RMPD aggregate reporting
 Support quality and accuracy of risk management training materials
 Support Risk Management activities in North Africa
 Support the maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File under instruction of the
QPPV
Qualifications and Experience:
 Minimum of B.S. or the equivalent combination of relevant education or professional experience
 Two (2) years pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience
 Experience in Drug safety
 Experience working within a comprehensive risk management program is desirable
 Understanding of global regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance
 Knowledge of commercial drug environment for risk management products
 Understand utilization of aggregate risk management data (RMinP Launch tracking, RMPD)
 Understand safety data capture in CT and PM settings
