I have over 20 years鈥� experience in geohydrology, using state-of-the art laboratory, field, and computational elements to discover, evaluate, and integrate knowledge about the processes controlling fluid, solute, and heat transport in unsaturated zones. My research interests include soil moisture measurement and modeling, the fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface, land-atmosphere interactions, and the application of high performance computing to problems of nuclear-waste management.
