Dr. Mena holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and a Master in Environmental Technology. Now he is Senior Lecturer in Project Management at the University of Huelva (UHU). Before joining UHU, he was working as construction project manager in Spain for Aguas de Barcelona, S.A. Then he worked for the Spanish Government as legislative compliance inspector of industrial facilities and as academic at the University of Sevilla. He is certified as "Expert Registered Professional Engineer", "Professional Project Manager" and "Value Engineer". Also he is an Evaluator of Professional Engineers.
