Angeline began her Disney career in January 1989 and had a variety of roles in theme park operations, resorts and professional services. Her professional career with Disney started as an Experiential Youth, Leisure, Professional Program Facilitator / Program Developer for the Disney Institute. There she delivered high quality educational programs to youth groups, corporate groups and individual guests. Coaching facilitators to maintain program consistency and exceptional performance delivery were an important part of her role while providing insight on differentiated learning techniques and professional development.
