A competent telecommunication engineer with a comprehensive knowledge of analyzing, maintaining, improving and optimizing 2G-3G mobile network. With 3 Years experiences in telecommunication area where 2 Years of experiences where gained from RF engineering area. I am be able to do optimization analysis from drive test and statistic result for several radio frequency problems, such as dropped call, blocked call, inference, HO failed, etc. And submit recommendation to solve these problems such as parameter adjustment, analysis hardware problem, frequency tuning and physically antenna adjustment.
