• Relationship building with the clients to enhance the business horizons, thus increasing revenue from the same client.
• Develop strategic sales plans for the key accounts
• Maintain and manage regular contact with customers to ensure Client Due Diligence (CDD) is in progress and gets completed on time.
• Connect with business/hiring managers on a regular basis for feedback and to support a smooth recruitment process.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of the new joiners.
