Almost two decades ago I was bitten by the performance improvement bug. I have found that there is no cure! Since then I have facilitated over 200 teams and I still get a thrill when seeing the excitement and enthusiasm teams get when improving their work environment.
When people ask me what I do for a living I usually respond by saying if it is new and different in our workplace, I am usually involved. My passion is to break new ground and pave the way. Performance Improvement is my four wheel drive vehicle.
