I worked for almost 30 years with School District No. 46 (Sunshine Coast) in BC. Upon completing my Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership at Simon Fraser in 2011, I set out on my own to share the knowledge I acquired through research on my dissertation and through my years experience as an educator.
