I am generally responsible for determining the strategic direction of the company and ensuring that strategy is implemented through functional steps. In addition, I am taking the helm in creating the organisation's culture.
In my everyday function I lead a team of 3 full-time VPs along with 8 local branches, and their leadership bodies to ensure the growth and direction of our organisation.
As a nonprofit executive I play a large role in planning the strategic direction of the organisation.
