Anne Fromont is a PhD student at the ULB (Universit茅 Libre de Bruxelles) school of Public Health ), Belgium. Nurse and head nurse for ten years in five countries in Europe and Africa, she has developed a broad vision of health systems dynamics and management. After obtaining a Master鈥檚 in Public Health from the ULB, she started to work both on policies and health systems management,鈥� international health and social approaches to health research units. Her current investigations focus on the strengthening of actor鈥檚 self-esteem in health systems. This analysis seeks to understand the impact of health policies, at different levels and contexts,
