I was born in Santiago de Chile. After Law School I got married to Ernst Foerster and moved to Lima, Per煤, then to Mexico City, then to St.Croix, USVI, then to Boone NC and now I live in Charlotte NC.
I was born on a Sunday, which makes me a very lucky person.
i lived through the earthquake in Valdivia (9.5 on the Richter scale) in 1960 where we lost our summerhouse in Mehuin with the tsunami. I survived Hurricane Hugo (Category 5) in St.Croix. Andrea, Linda and myself sat in a closet for eight hours while the roof came off the house and everything flew through the air. I just returned from Chile, where the earth shook on February 27, 2010 and the 8.8 quake moved the axis of the earth.
