In a constant changing world and as a life long learner myself, I'm interested in new ways of teaching and engaging people to learn and cope with changes. We all have a natural ability to learn and grow, but a lot of us have lost it somewhere on the way to adulthood. Fear of failure and fear of change are the two main reasons, in my opinion. By using action based trainingmethods and improvisation, I facilitate the participants to reconnect and rediscover this natural ability to learn and play in a fun and save learning environment.
