Dr Anthony W. Russell is the Executive Medical Director for UCSF Benioff Children's Physicians. He was the Medical Director of Clinical Informatics for Sutter Physician Services (SPS) where he focused on clinical integration with independent physicians in the communities served by Sutter Health (SH) across Northern California. Dr Russell was responsible for the clinical aspects of the Sutter Community Connect (SCC) EHR and service. He worked with the SH affiliate IPA leaders, IS leaders, and independent providers to advance clinical integration and adoption of the Sutter EHR/SCC along with the Sutter HIE.
