I have graduated from the Paul Bocuse Institute on October 2012 where I got a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. After my final internship I have decided to go further in my studies in order to develop skills in International business management with a specialization in Luxury food and wine businesses at INSEEC business school in Paris, France.
I am at the moment at the end of my first year of Master and looking for an internship in the marketing or retail department of a champagne or wine company.
