I work within the Wellbeing Team (NHS - formally EPMH) to ensure service users are offered 1-1 and group support, mental health support and guidance, embedding a recovery orientated approach to all aspects of the role and ensuring that all duties are carried out to in accordance with HMN and NHS quality standards. I work in line with the aims of the IAPT programme and the operational policy of the EPMHS service by managing my own workload, prioritising tasks and working on my own initiative.
