–Develop and Implement a profit improvement strategy for dealers with key focus on market exploitation and sublet, efficiency and productivity:
•Update market share model
•Develop a prospecting strategy to be used at dealer level
•Integrate service market prospecting into CRM module
•Develop a brief or consultants of what has to be achieved
•Pilot concept with selected dealers
•Asses outcome and prepare business case for migration to balance of dealer organisation
