I was a former Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry instructor and I still have the drive to teach people what they would need. I became one of the GMP inspectors . As inspectors, you can see some deficiencies in the system as compared to GMP requirements however, we are also bounded not to teach the industry how to comply. It is conflict of interest. I was in a dilemma. I love teaching, inspection and GMP but I could not teach because I am an inspector.
