Since last 6yrs I have been associated with Varian and contributing significantly to development of Oncology Information System (ARIA). Recently I had launched a new product to market InSighitve Analytics which has been appreciated at ASTRO and ESTRO. The practice of scrum framework is very exciting and challenging as I approached to alter established organizational practices. I have built teams who have produced high quality products and I feel proud of being part of these team.
