Phungmayo Horam is a DAAD PhD. scholar at Humboldt University Berlin, working under the "Future Megacities" project, funded and supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, (BMBF). His research interest lies in the works of new institutional economics with a focus on the economics of renewable energy and energy regulation.
