Arindam Biswas was born in West Bengal, India in 1985. He received M-Tech degree in Radio Physics and Electronics from University of Calcutta, India in 2010.Currently he is an Assistant Professor for Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Dumkal Institute of Engineering and Technology, West Bengal, India and working towards his PhD degree. His research interest is carrier transport in low dimensional system and electronic devices and non-linier optical communication.He have more than 12 publication in international repute
