For the last 20 years I have been a luxury nomad, spending half of my time in the Netherlands and the other half elsewhere. I am trained as a biologist, but quit the job 20 years ago. Bought camels and I've never looked back. Every winter I take my camels into the deserts of Egypt and Sudan.
Recently I also travelled in Siberia and that's where I want to go again, for a long period of time. I have written several books, lots of articles, photo-exhibits.
