TheprivatesectorisespeciallydevelopedandisakeypeculiarityofYuyao.TheGNPof theprivatesectorrepresentthe80%oftheGNPofthecityofYuyao.Attheendof 2012,alltheindustrialcompaniesinYuyaoreached30.000units,withagrossproduct amountof245.6billionsofYuan.

Foreigninvestments From1984untiltheendof2012Yuyaoapproved1.816ForeignInvestedCommercialEnterprise,withaninvestmentof13.4billions$andcontractstouseforeigncapitalsequalsto8.06billions$,4.3billions$arestillinuse. Inthese1.816companies,theprojectsaredividedbyprimary,secondaryandtertiarysectorandarerespectively2.31%,85.91%and11.78%ofthetotal. Onlyinthe201267newForeignInvestedCommercialEnterprisewereapprovedwithaforeigncapitalequalto898millions$.SomeofthebestmultinationalcompaniesintheworldasHP,GE,Bosch,Honeywell,ItochuCorporation,Sanyo,Daiken,HuarunItouen,ecc. decidedtoopenanindustrialproductivesiteinYuyao.

Theparkwasmadetorepresentanindustrialcomplexdedicatedtothemanufacturing, projecting,R&D,thetechnicaltraining,theinformationservices,thePurchasingofraw materialsandthetradeofequipmentforthemanufacturingofrawmaterials.

ZhejiangFar East Industrial Town TheZhejiangFarEastIndustrialTownissitedinthesouthernareaofYuyaoandincludes a2.2km2area ThisareaisdedicatedtothedevelopmentandexpansionofTaiwanfinancedcompanies, tothechangeandtheimprovementofthecompaniesinhighcompetitionsectors,like theelectricalindustryandthepromotionandintroductionofnewmaterials,newsource ofenergy,andtheelectronicinformation.
