In 2011, my project for a new graphics passenger information system for TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais) was awarded a IIIDAward in Taipei and a Star by Observeur du Design in Paris.
As a designer, I believe that the good answer is contextual, linked to human being as well as technology and environment. Design brings a holistic view of customer鈥檚 experience, an interdisciplinary collaboration as well as consistency, both in digital and physical world.
