1992年2月22日見證傳薪開放童軍團的成立
1996年擔任海軍敦睦支隊總教官,遠航新加坡、南非
1996年8月1日創立海軍軍官學校海洋科技系
1997年9月以海軍上校系主任退役於海軍軍官學校海洋科技系
2007年6月24日創立中華長青童軍協會(Evergreen Scouts Club of the Republic of China, ESCC)，並擔任第一屆及第二屆理事長
2007年8月參加童軍百週年世界大露營,服務於英國極偉園
2007年8月擔任開南大學專案管理研究所第一任所長
