I have worked in the US, Singapore and India for over 24 years on the design and construction of complex building projects. I relocated to India from our US operations and set up our multi-disciplinary design & engineering operations in 2008. At that time M+W in India was a specialist cleanroom installer with a design strength of 22 and an EPC team of 109, doing an annual business of around USD 6 Mil. Since then we have grown, and presently we have a multi-disciplinary engineering capability with 110 design staff within a 300 strong EPC organization and doing a turnover of approx 10 times.
