鈥� Manage and Monitor 3G Radio Network Performance (RRC Success Rate, CS CSSR, PS CSSR, HS CSSR, CS CCSR, PS CCSR, HS CCSR, SHO Success Rate, ISHO Success Rate) to meet KPI target.
鈥� Lead the team to perform swap activity from Ericsson to NSN, optimization, & customer complain handling in cluster to achieve equal or better KPI performance compare to previous Ericsson Network
鈥� Lead the team for initial tuning to guarantee new NODEB has a good performance.
