- Manage and Lead Sourcing and Supply Chain Operation including three Branch Warehouses (Medan, Surabaya, and Makassar) to meet Customers Requirement; - Lead Sales and Operation Plan (S&OP) Activities to manage Supply and Demand Balance through-out organization; - Manage and Control Corporate Assets in term of Inventories, Warehouses, and vehicles; - Lead Improvement Projects to improve efficiencies within S/C activities.
