My obsession is the Small business sector with a tech/customer service focus. I have spent the last 20 years working on assisting SME's become more efficient. I love seeing someone turn an idea with determination and passion into a business that supports them, their families and the wider community. I am sad to see businesses fail needlessly. I agree that there are some business ideas that are simply not viable, but in the main, too many businesses fail because the owner/s didn't have the right resources. I get a lot of enjoyment of making technology work to help business owners rather than hinder them.
