Onsite client visit experience at Tokyo(Japan). Appointed to kickoff Performance Testing in one of the project. Visit period was for 3 months and it was very nice experience and successful visit. Tasks performed there at client's end are creation of Performance Test Plan, Complete Performance Test Strategy, Graphical representation of diagrams and flow charts for overall execution plan, Estimation, Phases wise execution plan with proper timelines. Using JMeter performance tool executed Phase-1 and shared a plan and strategy for performance framework in Phase-2.
