The journey of the last 15 years has been exciting and fulfilling. Started from an FMCG company where I learned the nitty gritty of sales. A true battle field of sales. From there moved to a laid back role for 6 month which was not my cup of tea.
Then came ICICI Lombard and an opportunity to start a business from a scratch. Started as a single man force and built it into an army. The gracious bosses saw some spark and after 3 years asked me to launch another business in the international space and what an experience it was. Helped in setting up the UK and Gulf business and in turn learned a lot along the way.
