Served within the British army since 2003. In this time I have served as a commando and within the physical training corps.
I have been lucky enough to train, develop and rehabilitate soldiers from special forces, parachute and Commando units. I have also spent time working within complex trauma at Headley court.
My current job role is head of rehabilitation and conditioning for young soldiers attending P-coy. We are pleased to have a 80% pass rate following rehabilitation regardless of pathology.
I powerlift to a high level and have a passion for athletic development.
