I have 5 years of experience in the Wholesale Voice and Telecommunications industry working with carrier class 4 and 5 softswitches, SBC and media gateways such as Genband and Entice, providing voice engineering support to Telco carriers including Telstra, Optus, Skype, TNZI, Vocus, iVox, etc. Currently I am working at Symbio Networks Australia for 2.5 years as a Technical support engineer in the wholesale voice operations team. Previously I was a 24/7 NOC engineer for an International Gateway (IGW) Operator in Bangladesh, that provides services for terminating international and national voice traffic to A-Z destinations and nationwide.
