Asim is a musician who has traveled the long winding road that has earned him a unique background both as an educator and artist. His studies include a bachelor degree in music from the University of Sudan in Sudan majored in composition, a graduate diploma in music technology and a master of music performance from Queensland conservatorium. In Sudan, Asim used to perform with Elnawras group 1987 鈥� 1990, then with Mohamed El Ameen 1990 to 2000 as a solo violinist. He also performed with Mohamed Mustafa Sid Ahmed, Mohamed Wardi, Salah Ibn Elabdya and many other singers.
