I am a Retired Professor and Chairman of the Department of Library and Information Science, and Officer in charge of IT Centre at Bangalore University, Bangalore. Worked before that in the Libraries of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, K.R.Engineering College (Now NITK), Surathkal and J.N.Medical College, Belgaum. After my Graduation with Chemistry and Physics worked as Chemist and Furnace in charge at Electro-Metallugical Works, Dandeli for 2 and 1/2 years.
