This document outlines the sports activities and championships offered by the Sport Service of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. It describes internal and external championships that students can participate in, including the Championship of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the Basque Country's University Sport Championship, and the Spanish University Sport Championship. F) CHAMPIONSHIP OF MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA Teams from faculties will compete to appoint the winner of Mondragon Unibertsitatea and get the pass to Basque country卒s Championship. G) BASQUE COUNTRY卒S UNIVERSITY SPORT CHAMPIONSHIP Teams from UPV, UD and MU will compete in the XXIII. edition of the championship. This year UPV organizes the event, and the winner willtake part* in the Spanish Championship. * In the modalities where there is a Spanish championship and there are no minimum marks, ranking... H) SPANISH UNIVERSITY SPORT CHAMPIONSHIP If you want to represent your university in the sport you do, and know new places and meet new people, here you have the opportunity. Sports*: Athletics, swimming, combat sports, Golf, * Modalities are to be confirmed. I) SPORT TEAMS OF MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA/TRAINING TEAMS Mondragon Unibertsitatea also gives you the chance to train in different sports. Federated or not, come to the sports service and ask for the possibilities: volleyball, basketball, 5x5 soccer, handball, The objective will be to play or train with colleagues weekly. CHAMPIONSHIPS AND SPORTS TEAMS A) ZABALKI; INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP OF EUSKAL PILOTA International championship of pelota vasca, following the rules of the International federation of basque pelota French and Basque Universities participate every year. Also, universities from Zaragoza, Cantabria, Valencia and Catalonia are invited. B) UHAINA CLASSIC; FRENCH UNIVERSITARY SURF CHAMPIONSHIP Mondragon Unibertsitatea is invited to the final stage of this tournament that held in Anglet beaches in May. To be able to compete it is essential to be federated and have competed during the last season. C) RURALSPORTCHAMPIONSHIPOFMONDRAGONUNIBERTSITATEA RuralsportsChampionshipinmixedteamsamongcollegesanduniversity students of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. This is in coordination with the rugby club of Arrasate in May. There will be prizes for the best team and all the participants.. D) KARTING CHAMPIONSHIPS OF MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA We will organize winter and spring karting championships looking for the fastest pilot of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. E) INTER-FACULTY CHAMPIONSHIP Each faculty organizes the winter and spring championships: 5x5 soccer, 3x3 basketball, racket sports The winners get a prize and a pass to play Mondragon Unibertsitatea Championship. ALUMNOS/AS STUDENT COLLABORATOR AND ECTS You will be able to carry out economically remunerated collaborations with the sports service, as a collaborating student: + Referees in internal championships. + Course卒s monitor: Basque dances, Zumba, belly dancing, aerobics, .... + University teams coach: basketball, soccer, volleyball, handball... + Other collaborations By participating in the activities organized by the sports service you can obtain ECTS credits, ask your sports service or in your academic regulations. ACTIVITIESBYYOURSELF PERSONAL TRAINERS The sport service, with this service, wants to promote the practice of physical activity through a personal planning designed by you and the sport service. SPORT FACILITIES SUBSCRIPTION Youcansubscribeinthesportsservicetothemunicipalsportfacilities. GYMS SUBSCRIPCTIONS If you want to maintain or improve your fitness, you have a wide range of activities in the gyms that collaborate with the Sports Service. Check the gyms located near the campus or in the capitals of the CAV. MATERIAL LOAN Free loan of balls, rackets, shovels, FACILITIES RENTAL Despite not having our own sports facilities, we give you the opportunity to use the sports facilities near your campus. BICYCLE LOAN University students and staff will be able to rent sport service bikes for free. STRAVA Join the Strava team at Mondragon Unibertsitatea and meet the challenges proposed. OTHER ACTIVE PROPOSALS THEMATIC WEEKS We will organize different activities because of the mobility and health weeks as well as for the world sports day and different faculty parties. SPORT SPECTACLES During the course, you will have the chance to attend a variety of sport shows. CONTESTS A photographic contest about sport and physical activity will be held as well as jersey designs contest. POPULAR CAREERS We will help Mondragon Unibertsitatea having representation in these activities (careers between enterprises, solidarity career Mundukide). HEALTH To help to improve the life quality of the university community we propose different activities during the course. For that, students are covered by a school insurance, and other activities that we organize have their own insurances with the companies that offer those services. To find out your physical condition and if you can carry out physical activity without running any risk, we recommend that you carry out a sports medical examination at the Athlon sports medicine center (discounts on different tests). COURSES AND TRIPS Do you want to know new sport activities? During the course you will have the option to practice and learn the activities according to each season. In the table you can see the proposal. Many of these activities can be repeated according to your availability and/or you can propose some other activity. These are the activities: + Health activities: abdominal, massage, yoga, nordic walking, MU Fit + Water activities: surfing, canoeing, rowing + Mountain activities: climbing, mountain trip, horse riding, espeleoadventure + Winter activities: ski trips during the week and weekend + Others: karting, skate, dances, circus activities

This is in coordination with the rugby club of Arrasate in May. There will be prizes for the best team and all the participants.. MATERIAL LOAN Free loan of balls, rackets, shovels, FACILITIES RENTAL Despite not having our own sports facilities, we give you the opportunity to use the sports facilities near your campus. BICYCLE LOAN University students and staff will be able to rent sport service bikes for free. STRAVA Join the Strava team at Mondragon Unibertsitatea and meet the challenges proposed. OTHER ACTIVE PROPOSALS THEMATIC WEEKS We will organize different activities because of the mobility and health weeks as well as for the world sports day and different faculty parties. SPORT SPECTACLES During the course, you will have the chance to attend a variety of sport shows. CONTESTS A photographic contest about sport and physical activity will be held as well as jersey designs contest. POPULAR CAREERS We will help Mondragon Unibertsitatea having representation in these activities (careers between enterprises, solidarity career Mundukide). HEALTH To help to improve the life quality of the university community we propose different activities during the course. For that, students are covered by a school insurance, and other activities that we organize have their own insurances with the companies that offer those services. To find out your physical condition and if you can carry out physical activity without running any risk, we recommend that you carry out a sports medical examination at the Athlon sports medicine center (discounts on different tests). COURSES AND TRIPS Do you want to know new sport activities? During the course you will have the option to practice and learn the activities according to each season. In the table you can see the proposal. Many of these activities can be repeated according to your availability and/or you can propose some other activity. E) INTER-FACULTY CHAMPIONSHIP Each faculty organizes the winter and spring championships: 5x5 soccer, 3x3 basketball, racket sports The winners get a prize and a pass to play Mondragon Unibertsitatea Championship. ALUMNOS/AS STUDENT COLLABORATOR AND ECTS You will be able to carry out economically remunerated collaborations with the sports service, as a collaborating student: + Referees in internal championships. + Course卒s monitor: Basque dances, Zumba, belly dancing, aerobics, .... + University teams coach: basketball, soccer, volleyball, handball... + Other collaborations By participating in the activities organized by the sports service you can obtain ECTS credits, ask your sports service or in your academic regulations. ACTIVITIESBYYOURSELF PERSONAL TRAINERS The sport service, with this service, wants to promote the practice of physical activity through a personal planning designed by you and the sport service. SPORT FACILITIES SUBSCRIPTION Youcansubscribeinthesportsservicetothemunicipalsportfacilities. GYMS SUBSCRIPCTIONS If you want to maintain or improve your fitness, you have a wide range of activities in the gyms that collaborate with the Sports Service. Check the gyms located near the campus or in the capitals of the CAV. MATERIAL LOAN Free loan of balls, rackets, shovels, FACILITIES RENTAL Despite not having our own sports facilities, we give you the opportunity to use the sports facilities near your campus. BICYCLE LOAN University students and staff will be able to rent sport service bikes for free. STRAVA Join the Strava team at Mondragon Unibertsitatea and meet the challenges proposed. OTHER ACTIVE PROPOSALS THEMATIC WEEKS We will organize different activities because of the mobility and health weeks as well as for the world sports day and different faculty parties. SPORT SPECTACLES During the course, you will have the chance to attend a variety of sport shows. CONTESTS A photographic contest about sport and physical activity will be held as well as jersey designs contest. POPULAR CAREERS We will help Mondragon Unibertsitatea having representation in these activities (careers between enterprises, solidarity career Mundukide). HEALTH To help to improve the life quality of the university community we propose different activities during the course. For that, students are covered by a school insurance, and other activities that we organize have their own insurances with the companies that offer those services. To find out your physical condition and if you can carry out physical activity without running any risk, we recommend that you carry out a sports medical examination at the Athlon sports medicine center (discounts on different tests). COURSES AND TRIPS Do you want to know new sport activities? During the course you will have the option to practice and learn the activities according to each season. In the table you can see the proposal. Many of these activities can be repeated according to your availability and/or you can propose some other activity. These are the activities: + Health activities: abdominal, massage, yoga, nordic walking, MU Fit + Water activities: surfing, canoeing, rowing + Mountain activities: climbing, mountain trip, horse riding, espeleoadventure + Winter activities: ski trips during the week and weekend + Others: karting, skate, dances, circus activities
