I am leading a team of lotus notes developers as the Project Manager for my project.As a project manager perform all the administrative and people care activites for the team. Major role played by me is coordination between onsite Manager and SMEs. Perform requirement analysis for projects, guiding the team in techinical issues and also do hands on coding for some tasks.
