About
After working at NEC Corporation for more than 15 years in the fields of marketing and strategic planning, entered the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, Hitotsubashi University to make a career change. After encountering the world famous Knowledge-Management guru, Professor Emeritus Ikujiro Nonaka, decided to continue on academic career under his supervision. Finished doctoral program finally in 2011. Currently as a Research Associate, major research interest is the process and relationships of people in the community, both social and corporate, how it is developed and how the history affects its future.
